Strawberry Field Day May 6 in California

Surenda Dara, University of California Cooperative Extension strawberry and vegetable crops advisor, is hosting a Strawberry Field Day on Wednesday, May 6, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

The meeting is located at Manzanita Berry Farms, 1891 West Main St., Santa Maria, California.

University of California farm advisors, scientists and representatives from the industry will discuss pesticide use trends, water management and impact of the drought, mineral nutrition, biopesticides and biostimulants and more.

The meeting also includes a field tour. 1.5 DPR and three CCA CE credits have been approved.
