Fruit Crop Guesstimate scheduled for June 22

The 61^st Annual Fruit Crop Guesstimate, sponsored by the Michigan Frozen Food Packers Association, will be held June 22, 2:30 p.m., at the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

The Guesstimate provides a forum for processors, growers, wholesalers and retailers to review expectations for the tart cherry, sweet cherry, apple, peach, grapes and blueberry crops in Michigan and across the nation.

A reception will follow the Guesstimate, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. The registration fee is $75, which includes meeting materials and the reception.

Make room reservations at the Amway Grand by calling 800-253-3590, and say you are with the Michigan Frozen Food Packers Association. Room rates are $149 per night, plus tax. The cut-off date for hotel reservations is May 30.
