Great Lakes EXPO expands trade show for farm market exhibitors

The Great Lakes Fruit, Vegetable and Farm Market EXPO will add a second Trade Show Hall for 2015. The new hall, designated especially for farm market exhibitors, will be located just across the aisle from the Main Hall in DeVos Place Convention Center.

The EXPO is scheduled for Dec. 8-10 in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

The 2014 EXPO was the largest ever, with some companies who inquired late in the year not being able to exhibit due to a shortage of available space. The new hall should alleviate that problem for a few years.

“Our convention has become so popular that we have gone through growing pains,” said Sharri German, the EXPO’s trade show manager. “The farm market exhibitors as a group will have their own hall to display their products in, and we believe it will showcase their products even more. The location of the hall can be seen from the Grand Gallery concourse, very conveniently located for easy access by the attendees. We are so fortunate to have such a great facility as DeVos Place, with room to expand as we need to.”
