The Michigan Processing Apple Growers Marketing Committee has negotiated the following minimum prices for Michigan processing apples for the 2005 apple crop:
Jonathan 2-1/2 inches and up $10.25/cwt.
Spy and Ida Red 2-1/2 inches and up $9.25/cwt.
Golden 2-1/2 inches and up $8.75/cwt.
Hard varieties (including Rome and Empire) 2-1/2 inches and up $8.25/cwt.
Soft varieties 2-1/2 inches and up $7.25/cwt.
Straight loads of juice apples $4.25/cwt.
Under 2-1/2-inch peeler loads $3.75/cwt.
