At a recent board meeting of C&O Nursery, elections were held to determine a revised management structure of the company. Jack Snyder, previously President and CEO is now Chairman of the Board, and Dick Snyder is continuing as a board member.
“This is the perfect time to make this change,”Snyder said. “It’s always best to initiate a transition when all is going well and an excellent team is ready to take the reins.”
Todd Snyder, formerly Secretary was elected President and CEO.
Shad Snyder is now Vice President, Gary Snyder is Secretary and Ty Snyder, Treasurer.
