Pazazz apple makes debut in Miami before national launch

Honeybear Brands’ new Pazazz apple variety is now available at select grocery stores in Miami.

Don Roper, vice president of marketing, made appearances at several Publix stores throughout Miami on Jan. 15 and 16.

Here’s more from the Miami New Times:

“The apple is being introduced in a few cities before its national launch, and Miami is one of a select number of locations handpicked (so to speak) to try the fruit.

‘There was a lot of test marketing; now we’re hitting all of Publix’s major markets. Miami is a great apple town, and there are a lot of snowbirds here that come from apple states like New York.’

The Honeybear vice president also says Miamians tend to be healthy eaters who consume a lot of produce in general.”

Publix stores in Atlanta and Nashville, Tennessee will also be offering demonstrations of Pazazz. For a full list of other participating stores and locations, visit the Pazazz apple website.
