During a visit in Grand Rapids, Michigan, U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Sonny Perdue mentioned The Agricultural Guestworker Act of Congressman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.). After Perdue’s talk and Q&A session, FGN asked him about a concern we’ve heard from growers, that the bill could cap the number of workers. Here’s what he had to say.
