Duda Farm Fresh Foods has announced leadership changes in its sales and marketing teams, including the promotion of Jeff Goodale to senior vice president, strategy and business development, and the hiring of Alan Ediger as vice president of sales.

Goodale, a 19-year veteran at Duda, previously served as senior director of sales, strategy, and analysis. In his new role, he will oversee strategic planning and business growth efforts. He will also manage the collaboration between the sales and marketing teams. Reporting to him are Ediger and Nichole Towell, who will continue to lead marketing and e-commerce.

“We are proud to have Jeff transition into his new role and look forward to his leadership,” said Mark Bassetti, president of Duda Farm Fresh Foods. “Jeff has played an instrumental role in Duda’s success over the last two decades.”

Ediger, who joined Duda in May, brings extensive sales experience from previous roles at companies including Fresh Express, Ready Pac Foods, and Dole. He will lead the company’s sales strategy for commodity and value-added products.

“Alan is an excellent addition to our team,” said Goodale. “He brings a tremendous amount of experience and a fresh perspective that is already making Duda a better partner to our retail and foodservice customers.”
