Grafting Systems, Coloma, Michigan, has re-vamped its website to make it fully e-commerce compatible.
The site, GraftingSystems.com, looks the same on its homepage, but is totally new on the back end. Customers can now place orders directly on the website and pay online in one visit.
The former website allowed orders, but no payment option, requiring the customers to make separate contact to fulfill orders and complete payment.
“We know that many customers were uncomfortable with that procedure,” according to a news release on the upgraded site. “It also lengthened the time for fulfillment if the customer missed our email contacting them or just delayed responding.”
Grafting Systems offers a complete line of Scionon tools, including the Guillotine Graft Crafter (GBU) and Scionon Grafting Shears. Other tools and supplies, including knives, Bio-Graft and Buddy Tape grafting tapes, Argo and Trowbridge’s brand grafting waxes and other products used in nurseries and orchards.
Grafting Systems is a division of Moser Fruit Tree Sales Inc., a family-owned company that has served the orchard and fruit tree industry for more than 70 years.
