Heliae Agriculture welcomes new regional sales managers

Continuing to widen their soil health footprint in North America, Heliae Agriculture is pleased to announce the addition of three new members to the U.S. sales team who will help to lead sales initiatives in the states of Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Iowa, Minnesota, and North and South Dakota.

Scott Chanley, Chad Bush and Cory Palm all join the Heliae Agriculture team with more than 15 years’ experience in agronomy and agriculture sales. As Regional Sales Managers, Chanley, Bush and Palm will work closely with distributors and retail partners to bring awareness to the benefits of incorporating PhycoTerra into soil health management programs.

“We are excited to continue the expansion of our sales team throughout the U.S.,” Norm Davy, chief revenue officer at Heliae Agriculture, said in a news release. “With each new team member, we are increasing the resources and support growers need to begin implementing regenerative agriculture practices. Scott, Chad and Cory are all centrally located in major row crop producing areas to help growers and retailers leverage PhycoTerra in soil health strategies.”

Residing in Huntington, Indiana Scott Chanley will manage the Indiana, Ohio and Michigan territory and brings with him experiences gained from his time with key agricultural inputs companies such as: AgPlus, BASF, North Central Cooperative and Syngenta Crop Protection Services. In his new role, Chanley will help to build and strengthen Heliae Agriculture’s relationship with farmers and retailers in his region through innovative product solutions and agronomic support. He holds a Bachelor of Science in business management from the University of Southern Indiana and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Chad Bush, West Des Moines, also joins the Heliae Agriculture team with extensive agronomic and crop input experience. During his twenty-year agricultural career, Bush has worked for Syngenta, Dow and Monsanto, to develop and manage channel relationships, and has been integral to the sales teams of several industry-leading crop protection technologies. Bush holds a bachelor of science degree from Iowa State University and will help to lead sales efforts in Iowa and Nebraska.

Finally, Cory Palm joins the team overseeing and leading sales efforts in Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota. Palm resides in Bismarck, North Dakota and joins the Heliae Agriculture team with over 15 years past experience in agronomy, sales and partnership management for Farmer’s Edge, Alliance Ag Co-Op and Leaf River Ag Co-Op. He graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science degree in Plant Industries Management/Agronomy.

“No matter how you look at it, the greatest efficiencies will come from leveraging the soil’s microbiome to produce more productive crops, and we are proud to support and deliver the technologies that support a regenerative approach to agricultural production,” says Heliae President and CEO, Eric Lichtenheld.
