Nufarm to showcase vineyard, orchard products at CAPCA

Nufarm will showcase its vineyard and orchard products at the California Association of Pest Control Advisers (CAPCA) annual conference.

CAPCA, which represents 75% of California’s 4,000 licensed pest control advisors, will hold its annual conference at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada, November 3-5, 2019.

Nufarm experts will discuss solutions designed to tackle the unique challenges of California crops, particularly those in vineyards and orchards. Featured herbicides include Tuscany SC, Grapple and Cheetah, according to a press release.

Nufarm’s line of Champ copper fungicides provides disease control with a range of products, the newest being ChampION++ which is now listed on the Organic Materials Review Institute for the production of organic crops. Champ was created for use on a broad range of crops, including citrus and vineyards, according to the press release. Other featured disease-control products include Mycoshield, which fights fire blight on apples and pears, and bacterial spot on peaches and nectarines.
