Vive Crop Protection expands leadership team

Vive Crop Protection has implemented several leadership changes aimed at boosting growth and innovation within the company.

Lana Green joins as national account manager, and Steve Eskelsen has been appointed as northern technical sales agronomist. Additionally, Jonathan Adamson has been promoted to regional account manager, and Greg Esco has been named national sales manager.

Green, who brings more than 15 years of experience from previous roles at FMC, Syngenta, and Winfield United, will lead Vive’s U.S. distribution efforts. She will focus on developing strategies and managing large accounts to strengthen the company’s market position.

“Lana’s experience in agricultural sales and distribution is a tremendous asset,” Dave Rummel, vice president of sales and business development, said in a news release. “Her leadership will enhance our ability to serve partners across the country.”
