DeCeault started working for Bayer Vegetable Seeds in July 2014 as part of Bayer’s efforts to support innovation on retail shelves. In his current role, Deceault has supported projects across several categories focusing on “out of the box” thinking to help bring new varietals and concepts to market. He is passionate about increasing produce consumption by working with growers to identify and market high flavor varieties delivering the best possible eating experience to consumers. He recently joined BASF as produce chain account manager.
