Ashley Hoppers

University of Georgia Extension

Job Title

Agriculture and Natural Resources Agent

Ashley has been an Extension Agent with the University of Georgia since 2017. She started her Extension career on the Georgia Coast in Liberty County, where she worked hard to cultivate herself as an agent by developing relevant educational programs and serving as an agent collaborator on various applied research projects with specialists. To date, Ashley has been involved with nearly a dozen applied research projects in small fruit and tree fruit commodities. Some of the most recent research projects include her participation in a project that tested the efficacy of a proprietary product for disease control in North Georgia vineyards, as well as powdery mildew fungicide resistance.
