You may participate anonymously, or you can choose to provide your contact information if you’re open to follow-up questions from Farm Bureau staff about how your operation was affected. Individual responses and names will remain confidential and will not be shared, according to the Farm Bureau.

The information collected will help Farm Bureau leadership assess the severity of the frost and compile aggregated data to communicate its impact to legislative offices and the media.

The survey will remain open until Wednesday, May 13.
