NCAE will cover key ag labor topics at labor forum

An upcoming yearly Ag Employer Labor Forum is designed to tackle key topics affecting agricultural employers.

The event, scheduled for Dec. 4-6 near Las Vegas, Nevada, will cover labor topics including the economic outlook for U.S. farm labor in 2025, agricultural labor safety and the impact of artificial intelligence on the industry.

Hosted by the National Council of Agricultural Employers (NCAE), the event will offer attendees the opportunity to earn continuing education credits from the Society for Human Resource Management, according to a news release.

This year’s forum is scheduled for the M Resort.

A private dinner hosted by the Ag Employer Labor PAC is scheduled for Dec. 3. That dinner will feature wines from Mercer Ranches and a guest speaker. The dinner’s purpose is to support agricultural labor issues in Congress.

Early bird registration is available until Oct. 11, and there are member and non-member rates .

The event is in its 11th year.
