Tiger-Sul hires veteran marketing manager

Global agriculture firm Tiger-Sul Products recently hired veteran marketer B.J. Harrington to its team.

Harrington previously led the marketing and branding programs for Stoller and Control Solutions. Harrington will drive marketing and new initiatives for Tiger-Sul.

“B.J. is a tremendously experienced marketer, and we’re excited to welcome him to Tiger-Sul,” says company president and CEO, Don Cherry. “BJ’s hiring is an example of our ongoing commitment to educating the industry about the important role sulphur fertilizer plays in modern crop production, and how growers can use Tiger-Sul products more effectively to improve yields and return on their fertilizer investment.”

Harrington comes to Tiger-Sul with the experience of successfully leading projects and supporting marketing communications efforts in the U.S., Canada, Latin America, Europe and Asia-Pacific regions over his career. He has a broad range of experience in the agricultural and industrial sectors driving long-term strategies and overseeing product launches.

Harrington has a background in communications and graphic arts from the Art Institute of Houston. He also completed various postgraduate work in his more than 30-year career.

“I’m pleased to have this opportunity to work with Tiger-Sul,” Harrington said. “As both a market and innovation leader, Tiger-Sul has a compelling story to tell. I’m excited – and grateful – to have this chance to share that story with the industry we serve.”

Tiger-Sul Products markets itself as a leader in sulphur bentonite, sulphur bentonite micronutrients technology and other well-established crop performance products.
