Hailee is proud to be involved at her family’s farm operation and enjoys working alongside her family members. Leitz Farms LLC in Sodus, Michigan, grows blueberries, apples, cucumbers, and tomatoes on 700 acres and is known for the “None Better” brand. Seasonally the farm hires over 200 workers. Hailee oversees the farm's food safety program, payroll, H2A responsibilities and more. She’s also the director for the Michigan Vegetable Council. Hailee strives for a workplace atmosphere that keeps workers coming back, season after season.
