Baugher received a bachelor’s degree in international business from Elizabethtown College and joined the family business in 2004. Now part-owner, she has enjoyed working in both sales and marketing departments. In recent years, Baugher has committed much of her time to product development projects, transition planning and management responsibilities. She serves on multiple industry advisory boards, including RosBREED Project and the International Fruit Tree Association board of directors where she serves as chair of the Young Professionals committee. Jen and her husband, Henry, live in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania and are deeply involved with their church. They have one son named Pax.
