Fall Creek promotes Dave Daniel GM for U.S., Canada

Fall Creek Farm & Nursery Inc. has promotion of Dave Daniel to general manager for Fall Creek’s U.S. and Canada business.

Previously, he was the blueberry breeding and nursery company’s U.S. operations manager. In his new role, Daniel is accountable for managing and developing the U.S. regional team, and supporting and enhancing the company’s values and culture. He is responsible for developing the annual operating plan to meet goals and budget. Daniel is based in Lowell, Oregon, and reports to Alberto Medina-Mora, regional director for the U.S., Canada and Mexico.

“Dave brings valuable expertise and experience in the industry and within the company to this position,” Medina-Mora said in a news release. “He will lead the team with a focus on enhancing internal partnerships for customer success and play an important leadership role as the U.S. region continues to expand and diversify.”

In 2012, Daniel and his wife sold Pleasant Hill Nursery, Pleasant Hill, Oregon, to Fall Creek, and he joined the company as farm manager in Oregon. In 2014, he was promoted to production manager, overseeing plant production and crop health at all of Fall Creek’s Oregon facilities. He was promoted again in 2019 to operations manager.

“Now, as general manager of Fall Creek’s US and Canada operations, I look forward to collaborating with our incredible team to find ways to continually increase the value we deliver to our customers.”
