Bush named Grape and Wine program manager for Michigan

Peter Anastor, Division Director, Agriculture Development Division of the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Devleopment (MDARD), has announced that Karel Bush has been selected as the Grape and Wine Program Manager on the staff of the Agriculture Development Division at MDARD.

Bush succeeds Linda Jones, who is retiring in January.

“The selection committee interviewed 15 quality candidates in late October,” Anastor said. “I know that Karel is going to do a great job in carrying on the leadership Linda has provided over the past 17 years. Karel will take over her official duties on November 23 and will work in tandem with Linda as we move into the new year.”
