December to bring 38th Southeast Fruit & Vegetable Expo

The yearly Southeast Vegetable & Fruit Expo is to be in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

The 38th annual meeting is scheduled for Dec. 3-4 at the Embassy Suites Hilton Myrtle Beach Oceanfront Resort.

The event, organized by the North Carolina Vegetable Growers Association (NCVGA), will feature educational sessions, pesticide recertification credits, and Certified Crop Adviser (CCA) credits.

Growers from across the Southeast are encouraged to attend the event, which will include concurrent education sessions on a variety of topics relevant to vegetable and fruit production.

“The expo is a great opportunity for growers to connect with experts and stay informed about the latest industry practices,” Cathy Horton, executive director for NCVGA, said in a news release.

Registration is set to open online by Sept. 27 at. For those wishing to register early, forms can be emailed or faxed to NCVGA, with receipts provided upon submission.
