Door County fruit research station could close

To help save money, UW-Madison leaders are looking at closing a fruit research center in Door County.

"Those of us that are directly benefiting from the experiment station in Door County need to stand up and say it is a valuable resource for us,” said Steve Wood, an apple orchard owner in the county. WLUK Fox 11
