Oregon Blueberry Farms and Nursery has appointed Global Plant Genetics to manage its blueberry genetics internationally. The company has been breeding blueberries for 16 years.
Two high chill varieties, Megasblue (pictured above) and Titanium, will be the first to be developed internationally.
“There will be more exciting advanced selections coming through the pipeline shortly”, said Bob Gabriel, owner of the Oregon based breeding company and nursery.
