Wally Beecroft, CEO of Exacto, and the company’s management team will remain in place as Exacto plans to make strategic hires to support its next phase of growth.

“Exacto is poised to strengthen its position as an industry leader,” Sanjeev Krishnan, managing partner at S2G, said in the release.

Founded in 1981, Exacto develops solutions that enhance crop protection, plant health, and soil efficiency. Its products are used on 130 million U.S. acres annually, improving resource efficiency and crop performance.
