International Tree Fruit Association cancels Italy tour

The International Fruit Tree Association has canceled its Italy International Tour that was scheduled for Nov. 13-22, 2020.

According to an announcement from Onward Travel, which manages the tour for the International Tree Fruit Association (IFTA), “we’re rescheduling the tour for November 2022. Exact dates are still TBD but it will be mid-November, as the 2020 tour was scheduled. The events we’ll be attending, EIMA int’l trade show in Bologna and Interpoma in Bolzano take place every other year, which is why we’re rescheduling two years out. The tour will remain very similar to the 2020 itinerary complete with Florence Pre-Tour and Alps Extension options.”

IFTA had previously cancelled its 2020 Summer Study Tour that was to take place in Richland, Washington, July 22-24.

IFTA’s next annual conference is scheduled to take place in Kennewick, Washington, on Feb. 21-24, 2021. More information will be coming in the following months.
