The Michigan Processing Apple Growers Marketing Committee has negotiated the following minimum processing apple prices with several processors for the 2010 crop:
Jonathan 2.5 inches & up, $13.00/cwt.
JonaGold, Ida & Crispin 2.5 inches & up $11.50/cwt.
Spy 2.5 inches & up $10.50/cwt.
Hard Varieties 2.5 inches & up $10.00 /cwt.
(Including Rome & Golden)
Soft Varieties 2/5 inches & up $8.00/cwt.
Straight Loads of Juice Apples $6.25/cwt.
Under 2.5 inches in Peeler Loads $5.25/cwt.
