USApple introduces younger generation t-shirt fundraiser

Apple growers, shippers and others can support the upcoming generation of apple industry leaders by purchasing a t-shirt that promotes apples.

The 2024 NextGen Fellows are selling the “Eat more apples” themed t-shirt ahead of and during Outlook 2024, the industry’s convention scheduled for Aug. 14-16 in Chicago.

The NextGen Apple Fellowship is the apple industry’s leadership development program.

“The 2024 NextGen Fellows are cooking up some merchandise for apple lovers and we’re starting with this new t-shirt sold at Outlook 2024!,” according to a news release from the NextGen Class of 2024. “’Eat More Apples’ is our focus to promote how the industry is all-in on growing and providing consumers with delicious, high-quality apples. Why not remind everyone to eat more?”

 

All proceeds from the sale of the shirt will be directed towards the NextGen Program, which empowers future leaders of the apple industry.

Shirts can be purchased these ways:

  • When registering for Outlook 2024 convention.
  • Those already registered for Outlook 2024 can add a t-shirt purchase by clicking here.Those interested in bulk ordering for their companies can click here and return the form to [email protected].

Order are due July 19.

Representing fellows from all facets of the apple industry, the NextGen Apple Fellowship is the apple industry’s emerging leader and leadership development program. The national apple association uses the program to harness the skills and voices of the next generation of leaders for the industry’s betterment.
