British Columbia orchardist David Geen, who was named Outstanding Grower of the Year by the International Fruit Tree Association at its annual meeting Feb. 24 in Kelowna, British Columbia, discusses his operation during a pre-conference tour. Geen owns Coral Beach Farms, in Lake Country, B.C., where he has 400 acres of cherries, making him the biggest cherry grower in Canada. His products are marketed under the name Jealous Fruits.
