Landscape gloomy for immigration reform

President Barack Obama urged Congress during his State of the Union address to "once and for all" fix illegal immigration. A hot button issue on the national stage, with border states such as Arizona instituting strict, controversial laws cracking down on illegal immigrants, in the Finger Lakes region it’s a major concern as well, though for different reasons.
