The Michigan Processing Apple Growers Marketing Committee has negotiated the following minimum processing apple prices with several processors for the 2007 crop:
Jonathan 2 inches & up: $13.75/cwt.
JonaGold, Spy & Crispin 2 inches & up: $12.75/cwt.
Ida Red 2 inches & up: $12/cwt.
Golden Delicious 2 inches & up: $10.50/cwt.
Hard Varieties 2 inches & up: $10/cwt.
Soft Varieties 2 inches & up: $9/cwt.
Straight Loads of Juice Apples: $6.25/cwt.
Under 2 inches in Peeler Loads: $5.25/cwt.
