US Highbush Blueberry Council election results shared

The United States Highbush Blueberry Council regional member ballots have been counted and results have been submitted to the USDA for final consideration and appointment by the Secretary of Agriculture.

Those who received the most votes in their region are being recommended by the USHBC as the regional member and those with the second most votes are being recommended as the USHBC alternate, however, it will be the final decision of the Secretary as to who will assume these positions for the three-year term beginning Jan. 1, 2022.

ELECTION RESULTS

USHBC Importer #1, Exporter #1 and Public Member results have been submitted to the USDA for final consideration and appointment by the secretary.
