Syrah "Sy" Linsley is known as the Cider Laureate, where she is crafting connections between hard cider and the arts. She is the recipient of a NextGen Fellowship from USApple. By day, she manages Old Orchard's bulk supply division of fruit ingredients to cideries and other craft beverage segments. She lived several years as a fruitarian and obtained her bachelor's degree in agribusiness management from Michigan State University.
