Nathan’s a fifth-generation on his family farm in Coleman, Michigan. They raise corn, soybeans, black beans and pickles in Midland and Isabella counties. Nathan and his wife, Christina, have three kids: Adam, Maggie and Ellie. They also have a small beef cattle herd separate from the main farm. The family has a strong focus around cover crop use on their farm and are always looking at new ways to reduce tillage.
