Amy is a Southwest Michigan native. Growing up surrounded by vineyards made a big impact early on. After graduating from Marquette University with her bachelor's in Chemistry, her love of Michigan vineyards and wine led her to enter the wine industry. After learning from Wally Maurer at Domaine Berrien for five years, Amy went on to teach for Lake Michigan College’s Wine and Viticulture program before returning to Domaine. She’s currently the Michigan Grape Society president and winemaker/operations manager at Domaine Berrien Cellars.
