Oct 8, 2024Registration opens for CiderCon 2025 set to return to Chicago
The American Cider Association (ACA) has announced that the 15th annual CiderCon conference and trade show will take place in Chicago from Feb. 4-7, 2025.
This event is a global gathering of cider professionals that offers tastings, workshops, networking and a trade show aimed at supporting the cider industry’s growth and sustainability.
This year’s theme, “Cider’s Balanced Future: Planet, People, Profit,” will explore sustainability, workforce management and financial health through a diverse range of sessions. Attendees include cidermakers, apple growers, beverage retailers and enthusiasts from around the world.
“We’re excited to bring CiderCon back to Chicago and continue our commitment to industry growth,” said Michelle McGrath, CEO for ACA. International guests from Chile will be featured this year.
Chicago Cider Week and the Cider Summit at Navy Pier will coincide with CiderCon.
Early registration for ACA members is available until Dec. 13, with prices increasing afterward. Public tickets are also available until the early deadline. Visit the CiderCon website for more details.
